Year in Review 2024
Our MPS students wrapped up their semester with us, and we celebrated their hard work with a certificate ceremony! From keeping the snack counter running to tidying shared spaces and lending a helping hand wherever needed, they’ve made a meaningful impact on our residents and staff. Key Details:
💚 Impact: This year’s fundraiser supports the construction of a new production building at Clare Gardens. Expanding our farm operations will allow us to serve even more seniors with organic, locally grown produce.
🙏 Pre-event Mass begins at 4:00 PM, celebrated by Archbishop Grob.

Our residents and children from the daycare cozied up together for our biweekly Book Nook! 📚
Started four years ago by Sister Mary Alyce Lach, her passion for reading to young children has grown into a cherished tradition here at Trinity Woods. With the help of fellow residents, Book Nook brings generations together as volunteers share their time and love of reading to educate and inspire young minds. ✨
